2022 Cadet Essay Competition
Back to School
Welcome back to school! We hope you had a fulfilling Summer encampment or other Summer opportunity! Cadets are starting this year with the expectation that it may be the first since 2019 that is 'normal.' A global pandemic has upended many aspects of school and social life. We invite all California Cadets to answer the following prompts based on your grade:
5th-8th grade: If you had unlimited money, what would you add to your school or CaCC unit to improve it?
9th-12th grade: What do you believe is the biggest gap in intellectual, social, or emotional development that you and/or your fellow students have to overcome, and how can you help to fill that gap?
